Address Sign Order Form
Foothills Fire Protection District is excited to announce that we are now offering reflective address signs for purchase through our website. The signs are composed of an aluminum core with a black composite all-weather outer shell. These signs are International Fire Code compliant and will make it easier for emergency responders to find your home in the event of an emergency. Signs measure 20" × 8" and are available with or without predrilled holes.
Signs can be purchased for a minimum $45 donation directly through our website either by filling out the form to the right OR filling out and submitting the form separately.
You can pay for your address sign in three ways:
- Pay by credit card on our secure payment portal ($45.00 minimum donation + small service fee)
- Pay by e-check on our secure payment portal ($45.00 minimum donation + $1.00 service fee)
- Pay by check; mail to Foothills Fire & Rescue, 28812 Rainbow Hill Road, Evergreen, CO 80439
Once you have completed the order form and payment, you will be notified via email when your sign is ready for pickup at Foothills Fire Protection District, 28812 Rainbow Hill Road, Evergreen, CO 80439.
